Still ballin'

A few more Saturdays left in the Niskayuna Boys Basketball Winter Showcase. Linc hates the fact that it's at 8:30 a.m., but once he's there, he seems to enjoy it. Has a few friends on his team, which helps, and is developing some real skills, which also help. He's a fantastic ball hawk on defense, usually leading the team in steals, and he's becoming quite a deft dribbler, keeping it low and away from defenders, and darting in and out of the paint. Still working on the outside shot, but I can see the promise there -- the pursed lips, the narrowed eyes in concentration, the follow-through -- all he needs is a backyard hoop and a shovel.
