People get excited about fall around here. Hence an Oktoberfest last weekend in nearby Scotia, N.Y., on September 24. I was at the undefeated UAlbany Great Danes football game, but the kids and Carey went with Carey's friend from work, Charlene. They enjoyed themselves, especially at a mining exhibit where they scored all sorts of gems and minerals. Here are a couple shots from Carey's iPhone.
