New Year's Day hike

Continuing our annual tradition, we drove to South Mountain Reservation today for a hike with the Baileys. Lincoln was an intrepid explorer during the outbound leg, leading the pack and patiently posing for a few photos.

At the midpoint the kids started acting up, led by Greta, who repeatedly refused to listen, including this moment when Mommy told her NOT to throw snowballs.

Lucky for her Mommy resolved to be more patient with her children in 2013, so all was soon forgiven.

I managed to get a couple nice group shots during the hike and Damond insisted on taking the camera and getting one of me with the kids as well. All in all, a lovely start to 2013.
