Dancing Flowers

Greta had the final class of her second session of ballet today at the community rec center. It culminated in a performance dubbed "Dancing Flowers." The girls were allowed to wear mom-approved makeup, but I was not allowed to take a photo during prep time that did not include Lincoln.

Here is what our made-up ballerina looked like, before accessories were added to her outfit.



Instructor Miss Elaine gave each of the girls a green tutu, a green ribbon necklace and a flower hair piece to complete the look.

The piece was performed twice for optimum photo and video capturing. Sadly, the lights were also turned down, so our flower is in shadow an awful lot.
